Employee Programs
Ipswitch is committed to the following programs designed to nurture and support the unique passion and interests of our employees:
- Ipswitch matches employees dollar for dollar whenever they make a donation to charity. When an employee is directly involved in a wide range of community issues; including community and family oriented events, walk-a-thons, bike rides, golf outings, etc., Ipswitch donates $250 towards the event.
- Ipswitch makes a $500 donation to a child welfare organization of choice each time an employee becomes a parent through birth or adoption.
- Upon every employee's first, third, sixth, and ninth anniversary with the company, Ipswitch makes a donation to the employee's community organization of choice.
